Simply bring the sweetened condensed coconut milk to a boil and add in cacao powder and freeze! Easy peasy!

Ingredients:

3/4 cup cacao powder (can sub cocoa powder)
Instructions

In a medium pot, bring 1 can of sweetened condensed coconut milk to a slight boil.

Once boiling, remove from heat and sift in 1/4 cup of cocoa powder and gently stir until well combined. Make sure to sift the cacao powder to prevent clumping. Once combined, pour in another 1/4 of a cup cacao powder, stir and finish with the last 1/4 cup until well combined.

Line a glass pan with plastic wrap and pour the mixture in, it should be well formed and thick. Cover the top with plastic wrap and place in freezer for 15-30 minutes until well combined. If you have more time, you can refrigerate for a few hours.
