Please find our answers to common questions regarding shipping and returns. If your question isn't answered here please contact us and our customer service will happily help answer your question. 

Please email us immediately at custserv@edwardandsons.com or (805) 684-8500, and we'll try to change your order. If it's already been packed or shipped, we unfortunately cannot make changes.

We use packing paper, bubble wrap, recyclable cardboard boxes, and tape. We try our best to be environmentally-friendly when possible and use biodegradabale packing peanuts. They're even edible! But, we don't recommend you eat them.

We ship to both United States and Canada. For Canadian orders, we only ship USPS, and we are not responsible for delays or fees at customs.

We are unable to accept returns on food products, even if unopened. Please send us an email to custserv@edwardandsons.com with your order details. We review each email on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to accommodate you.

Due to food safety regulations and insurance requirements, we can no longer offer office pickups. We thank you for your understanding.

Express deliveries placed after 12:00pm PST will ship the next business day.

Returns

Please take a picture of the damaged product and the box it was shipped in, and email it to us along with your order number to custserv@edwardandsons.com We will respond as soon as possible to review a replacement or merchandise credit.

Edward & Sons SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

At Edward & Sons Trading Co., Inc., we stand behind our products and quality controls.  If you are not satisfied with an Edward & Sons product you purchased from our website or one of our authorized sellers in the United States, you may request a refund or replacement product within 45 days of the date of purchase.  Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Edward & Sons 45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites.  The Guarantee is also limited to original, end-user purchasers in the United States.

How To Claim The Guarantee

To submit a Guarantee request, please use our “Contact Us” form, email us at custserv@edwardandsons.com, or call us at 805-684-8500 ext. 102.  Please have the following information available: (1) product purchased, (2) reason for dissatisfaction, (3) place and date of purchase, (4) proof of purchase, (5) photos of your product, (6) best by date, and (7) lot number.  You may also be asked to mail your product to Edward & Sons.  You must submit your Guarantee request within 45 days of the date of original purchase.  Please note that in certain circumstances, we may request you to send the product to us; if this request is made we’ll schedule a pickup or provide you a prepaid shipping label.  

Guarantee Guidelines

Edward & Sons reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Guarantee requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or where Edward & Sons concludes that the purchaser has abused the Satisfaction Guarantee.  Edward & Sons may amend or terminate the Satisfaction Guarantee at any time without notice.  If you have any questions regarding whether a seller is an authorized seller of our products, please use our “Contact Us” form, email us at custserv@edwardandsons.com, or call us at 805-684-8500.
