- Boil enough water to cover potatoes (6-8 cups)
- Cut potatoes into cubes.
- Boil potatoes for 4-6 minutes, until they are soft and able to be mashed.
- Strain potatoes through collander.
- Return cooked potatoes to pot and begin mashing.
- While mashing and reheating, add milk product and Chreese.
- If potatoes are slightly dry, add a little bit more milk product and/or 1 TBSP of olive oil or margerine.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
