Chreesy® Mashed Potatoes

Chreesy Mashed Potatoes 1 Packet (1/4 Cup) of Road's End Organics® Chreese® Mix 3-4 Medium Sized Potatoes 6-8 oz of soy or other milk - dairy or non-dairy Salt and Pepper to Taste  
  • Boil enough water to cover potatoes (6-8 cups)
  • Cut potatoes into cubes.
  • Boil potatoes for 4-6 minutes, until they are soft and able to be mashed.
  • Strain potatoes through collander.
  • Return cooked potatoes to pot and begin mashing.
  • While mashing and reheating, add milk product and Chreese.
  • If potatoes are slightly dry, add a little bit more milk product and/or 1 TBSP of olive oil or margerine.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
