Ingredients

1 can
Let's Do Organic Sweetened Condensed Coconut Milk -
1 can full-fat coconut milk

1 tsp vanilla
-
1/4 cup coconut sugar

2 cans
Native Forest Organic Peaches , drained -
crushed ice cream cone (optional, to top)
Instructions

In a blender, mix together the coconut milks, vanilla, coconut sugar, and 1 can of peaches; set aside

Chop the other can of peaches into chunks

Pour the coconut mixture into a pot with the chunks of peaches and heat over medium-low; let simmer for 2 - 3 minutes

Transfer the mixture to an ice cream container and let it set in the freezer for at least 8 hours until soft and cream
