From our very own Alison comes this delightful Peach Crumble recipe, featuring our Native Forest® Organic Sliced Peaches.
2 cans Native Forest® Organic Sliced Peaches, drained and cut in halves (keep juice for drinking)
1 cup oats
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
8 Tbsp (or 1 stick) non-dairy buttery sticks
Preheat the oven to 350. Combine oats, sugar and flour. Cut in the buttery spread and smash into the oats mixture until pebble-like texture. Press half of this mixture in the bottom of an 8X8 greased baking pan. Top this with the cut peach pieces. If desired, can sprinkle a little sugar over the top of the peaches (achieves a little sweeter fruit filling). Sprinkle the remaining oat mixture on the top of the fruit and spread it out so evenly distributed. Bake in preheated oven for 50-60 minutes or until golden brown on top. Serve cold or warm. Warm with a little non-dairy ice cream is delish!!!
