This recipe comes together with Artisana Organics Raw Cashew Butter and Let's Do Organic Coconut Flour.
We use vanilla protein powder, pure vanilla and almond extract for the perfect birthday cake flavor!
These protein bars are sweetened with maple syrup and are loaded with sprinkles!
Vegan Birthday Cake Protein Bars Ingredients:- 1 cup Artisana Organics Raw Cashew Butter
- ½ cup plant-based vanilla protein powder
- ⅓ cup Let’s Do Organic Coconut Flour
- ⅓ cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp almond extract
- 3-4 tbsp sprinkles
- Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine cashew butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract and almond extract.
- Stir until combined. Then fold in protein powder and coconut flour. The dough should be thick and not wet. If it is wet, add in 1 tbsp of coconut flour at a time until the dough is pliable.
- Transfer the dough into the loaf pan with parchment paper. Press in with the bottom of something flat to make sure your bars are all one level of thickness. Then top with sprinkles and press in again.
- Freeze for 20-30 minutes and then remove and slice into bars.
