Let's Do Organic Sweetened Condensed Coconut Milk comes together with coconut sugar to make a delicious caramel filling.
These caramel tarts come together perfectly with a shortbread almond flour crust.
Top with a generous layer of sea salt for the most amazing salted caramel taste!
Our Let's Do Organic Sweetened Condensed Coconut Milk has only three ingredients, organic coconut, water and organic cane sugar!
Throw on a chunky knit sweater and dig into these mini tarts and enjoy fall!
⁠Ingrediets: For the Crust⁠⠀
⁠⠀Instructions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Prepare the crust by mixing all crust ingredients in a food processor until small clumps of sticky dough form (it will look like dark sand that sticks together when pressed)⁠
  2. Press the dough into mini tart pans and bake for 10 - 12 minutes until golden brown⁠.
  3. While the crust is baking, prepare the caramel filling by heating the Let's Do Organic Sweetened Condensed Coconut Milk and coconut sugar in a skillet over medium heat until it begins to simmer.
  4. Once simmering, reduce heat to medium-low and continue to stir for 7 - 10 minutes until smooth⁠.
  5. Pour the caramel filling into cooled tart crusts, sprinkle with sea salt, and place in fridge to set for at least 30 mins and enjoy!
