Made with NO eggs, dairy free, yet incredibly flaky and ‘buttery’ thanks to Let’s Do Organic Heavy Coconut Cream! The homemade vegan ‘Nutella’ is so easy to make and turns out with Let's Do Organic Heavy Coconut Cream and your favorite vegan chocolate.
The nutella is spread between two layers of deliciously ‘flaky’ puff pastry- it’s a real treat!
You can use store-bought or homemade puff pastry and nutella, just make sure it's vegan if that matters to you!

Ingredients:- 1 batch vegan Nutella - you can also sub in vegan ganache with just coconut cream and vegan chocolate for nut-allergies!)
- 2 vegan puff pastry sheets (see link for homemade gluten free vegan puff pastry)
- 1 batch vegan egg wash (1 tbsp maple syrup + 1 tbsp coconut milk)
- Make sure the puff pastry is thawing in the fridge before beginning. Make the Nutella according to instructions, then set aside.
- Roll out each puff pastry sheet to be 8” and use a large bowl to slice the sheets so that they’re round.
- Spread the chocolate on one puff pastry sheet, and place the second on top.
- Shape the snowflake (see video on Instagram), and brush the puff pastry with the vegan egg wash and a sprinkling of sugar if desired.
- Bake at 400F for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
