Currently, the only treatment for Celiac disease is to follow a strict gluten-free diet while abstaining from foods with wheat, rye, and barley. Additionally, many who do not suffer from Celiac disease have discovered benefits of reducing or eliminating gluten from their diets. We take Celiac disease and gluten-sensitivity very seriously. We are proud to have pioneered fun and delicious alternatives for those who cannot (or choose not to) consume gluten.
US FDA and Health Canada agree that any food products labeled as Gluten Free may not contain more than 20 parts per million (ppm) of gluten. All items with a GFCO logo are third party verified to contain less than 10 parts per million (ppm). We have created a gluten-free icon that we have affixed on gluten-free products within our family of brands. In addition to developing recipes with no ingredients known to contain gluten, we employ a combination of licensed laboratory and in-house random testing to confirm our GF products are in full compliance with all regulations.
