3-Ingredient Coconut Cookies⁠ 

You need to make these 3-ingredient coconut cookies!  They taste like a macaroon meets samoa girl scout cookie. 

Made with Let's Do Organic Unsweetened Shredded Coconut and Let's Do Organic Sweetened Condensed Coconut Milk.

They’re crunchy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside and perfectly crispy and golden to perfection.

Perfect for everyone to enjoy as they're dairy-free & gluten-free.



Ingredients:
2 cups Let’s Do Organic Unsweetened Shredded Coconut⁠ (+ more if needed)
1 can Let’s Do Organic Sweetened Condensed Coconut Milk⁠
1/2 cup chocolate chips ⁠(optional)

Preheat oven to 350F. Combine shredded coconut with sweetened condensed coconut milk until a thick dough forms. Scoop into balls onto a parchment lined baking sheet and gently flatten. Bake at 350 for 13-15 mins until golden. Remove from oven and let cool for another 10-15 minutes. Do not touch until the cookies firm up otherwise they will fall apart. Drizzle with chocolate and enjoy!
