
Coconut Cream Pie Overnight Oats


What makes this recipe even better is how customizable it is. Want it sweeter? Add a drizzle of maple syrup or honey. Want extra coconut flavor? Toast some additional shredded coconut for the top. You can even layer it with extra yogurt to make it feel even more like an actual coconut cream pie.
This recipe is also ideal for busy mornings because it takes less than five minutes to prep. Just stir everything together, pop it in the fridge, and breakfast is ready when you wake up. No cooking, no blending, no hassle.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup quick oats
- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt of choice* (more for topping)
- 1/2 cup Native Forest Organic Simple Coconut Milk
- 2 tbsp Let’s Do Organic Shredded Coconut (more for topping)

1-2 tbsp chia seeds
Pour all ingredients into a container with a lid. Stir well, top with shredded coconut, refrigerate overnight or for a few hours. Enjoy! *Add 1-2 tbsp sweetener if using unsweetened yogurt. We topped ours with additional yogurt on top.
