When you’re craving that creamy, dreamy coconut pie flavor but don’t feel like turning on the oven, these easy stuffed dates hit the spot! Made with Native Forest® Organic Simple Coconut Milk and Let’s Do Organic® Toasted Coconut Flakes, they’re sweet, creamy, and just the right amount of indulgent, no pie crust required.

Ingredients:
- 8 medjool dates
- ½ cup coconut yogurt
- ¼ cup crushed graham crackers
- 15oz can Native Forest Organic Simple Coconut Milk or Cream, chilled overnight
- ¼ cup Let’s Do Organic Toasted Coconut Flakes
Instructions:
- Scoop out the thick top layer of cream from the chilled can of coconut milk and whip until fluffy (about 3–5 mins).
- Spoon or pipe coconut yogurt into each pitted date.
- Sprinkle with crushed grahams.
- Top with whipped coconut cream and toasted coconut flakes.
