Instructions:

  1. Scoop out the thick top layer of cream from the chilled can of coconut milk and whip until fluffy (about 3–5 mins).

  2. Spoon or pipe coconut yogurt into each pitted date.

  3. Sprinkle with crushed grahams.
  4. Top with whipped coconut cream and toasted coconut flakes.
  5. Chill or enjoy right away!
