

These Homemade Bounty Bars are a recreation of the classic Halloween candy, but with a better-for-you twist (all vegan, gluten-free and refined sugar-free!
Bounty bars (or mounds bars) have that perfect chocolate + coconut combo that hits every time. Made with Let's Do Organic Unsweetened Shredded Coconut and Native Forest Organic Simple Coconut Milk.

Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups Let’s Do Organic Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
- 1 chilled can Native Forest Organic Simple Coconut Milk
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp softened coconut oil

1 cup vegan chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Scoop out the thick layer of coconut cream from the top of your chilled can of coconut milk.
- Add it to a food processor with the shredded coconut, maple syrup, and softened coconut oil.
- Blend until smooth, then scoop about 2 tbsp of the mixture and shape into bars.
- Freeze for 2–4 hours, dip in melted chocolate, and let them set in the fridge.
