Dairy-Free Coconut Pumpkin Cream Cold Foam
This Dairy-Free Pumpkin Cream Cold Foam is creamy, full of pumpkin spice flavor, and comes together in minutes. Pour it over iced cold brew for a pumpkin cream cold brew that tastes like fall in a cup. 

Made with Native Forest Organic Simple Coconut Milk and Let's Do Organic Sweetened Condensed Coconut Milk, this recipe is completely dairy-free and has a rich flavor that perfectly complements warm fall spices.

Ingredients:

Pumpkin Cream Cold Foam (Makes 3 cups):

-1/2 cup oat milk, or milk of choice
-1/2 cup pumpkin puree
-2 tsp vanilla extract
-2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
-1 tsp cinnamon

For 1 Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew Drink:
-6-8 oz cold brew, or coffee of choice
-handful of ice cubes

Instructions:
  1. Add all ingredients for the cold foam to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add an additional splash of oat milk until it reaches your desired consistency.
  2. To make a pumpkin cream cold brew drink, fill a glass halfway with ice and pour in your cold brew or coffee of choice, leaving about an inch from the top.
  3. Pour or spoon about 4 to 6 tablespoons of cold foam on top. Finish with a sprinkle of cinnamon and enjoy!
  4. Store leftover cold foam in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week. Because the base of the cold foam is canned coconut milk, it will slightly thicken in the fridge.
