Ingredients

3/4 cup Let's Do Organic Cassava Flour

1/2 cup almond flour

1/2 cup nut butter (peanut, almond, cashew...)

6 tablespoons maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons almond milk

2 heaping tablespoons dark chocolate chips⠀

Add all the ingredients, except the chips, to a bowl and stir well to combine. You may find using your hands is the best way to get everything evenly mixed.

Add in the chocolate chips and stir one more time. Grab a spoon and enjoy!

You can also roll the cookie dough into bite sized balls for easy snacking!
