Don't feel bad if you eat it all in one sitting... or by the spoonfull!
  • 3/4 cup Let's Do Organic Cassava Flour⁠
  • 1/2 cup almond flour⁠
  • 1/2 cup nut butter (peanut, almond, cashew...)⁠
  • 6 tablespoons maple syrup⁠
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt⁠
  • 2 tablespoons almond milk⁠
  • 2 heaping tablespoons dark chocolate chips⁠⠀
⁠⠀ Directions⁠
  1. Add all the ingredients, except the chips, to a bowl and stir well to combine. You may find using your hands is the best way to get everything evenly mixed.⁠
  2. Add in the chocolate chips and stir one more time. Grab a spoon and enjoy!⁠
  3. You can also roll the cookie dough into bite sized balls for easy snacking!
