- Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, fresh lemon juice, green onions, chili powder and dry mustard in medium bowl.
- Set aside.
- Cut tomatoes, avocadoes and hearts of palm into 1 inch pieces.
- Combine in medium bowl.
- Add just enough dressing to coat lightly.
- Line large platter with Red leaf lettuce leaves.
- Mound salad in center.
