When you're craving a cooling and creamy treat and also into the idea of getting some anti-inflammatory love in your life this easy anti-inflammatory orange creamsicle smoothie has got your back!

Anti-Inflammatory Orange Creamsicle Smoothie
Makes 2 servings
Ingredients:
Instructions:
  1. Freeze mandarins & the mandarin juice in an ice cube tray until frozen solid.
  2. Once frozen, add to blender along with all other ingredients and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  3. Divide into 2 glasses and enjoy!
  • Recipe tip: if you don't have the time to freeze your mandarins before making, just add a few extra ice cubes to the blender. The smoothie won't be *quite* as thick, but it will still be super duper delicious!
