Yields: 18 small pieces
Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 cups raw almond butter
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 3/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 6 tablespoons Let's Do Organic Coconut Flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • flaky sea salt
Instructions:
  1. Line a 9x5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper so that it hangs over the long edge of the pan.
  2. Mix all ingredients except for the flaky sea salt together in a large mixing bowl until a thick batter forms.
  3. Press the dough evenly into the lined loaf pan. For extra style points press a few extra chocolate chips into the top of the fudge. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt and move to the refrigerator.
  4. Chill in the refrigerate for at least an hour - until dough has set and is firm to the touch.
  5. Remove from the pan using the parchment paper that is hanging over the edge.
  6. Cut into 18 bite size pieces and serve! Keep stored in the refrigerator for the best texture.
