No-Bake Coconut Peppermint Patties

These 4-Ingredient Peppermint Patties are unbelievably delicious, perfectly minty, plant-based, and easy to make!

We'll combine all the ingredients in a food processor until a thick dough forms. Then we'll form the mixture into discs and arrange them on a lined baking sheet!

Finally, we'll melt the chocolate and dip each patty into the chocolate and freeze until set!

These are so delicious and easy: all you need is Let's Do Organic Unsweetened Shredded Coconut, peppermint extract, maple syrup and dark chocolate!

Ingredients: Instructions:
  1. In a food processor or blender, combine the shredded coconut until it starts to stick together. Scrape down the sides as needed.
  2. Add in the maple syrup and peppermint extract until you reach a dough-like consistency.
  3. Form the mixture into discs and arrange them on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Place in the freezer for 15 minutes to set.
5. Melt the chocolate and dip each patty into the chocolate. Coat all sides and place back on the lined baking sheet.
  5. Place in the freezer for 10-15 minutes until the chocolate is firm and enjoy!
