Peanut Butter Coconut Granola

This healthy and easy Peanut Butter Coconut Granola is about to be your new favorite breakfast staple!
All you need are 5 ingredients: rolled oats, Let's Do Organic Shredded Coconut, peanut butter, maple syrup and cinnamon.
Ingredients:
- 1.5 cup oats
- 1/2 cup Let's Do Organic Shredded Coconut
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- sprinkle sea salt
Instructions:
- Mix all ingredients & a bowl.
- Transfer to lined baking sheet.
- Bake at 350 20-25 minutes.
- Let cool, crumble & transfer to a glass jar
- Add to your smoothie bowls or enjoy by itself as a snack!
