- Spread the drained pineapple evenly over a large casserole dish lined with plastic wrap.
- Do the same with the bananas.
- Place both in the freezer until frozen.
- Put the frozen fruit, juice and vanilla in a blender or food processor.
- Blend until smooth and serve immediately.

14 oz Native Forest® Crushed Pineapple, drained
(reserve juice for later use)
4 Bananas, peeled
2 cups Orange or Pineapple Juice
(from the can of crushed pineapple)
1 tsp. Vanilla
