Pumpkin Spice Frosty

Our new Native Forest Cashewmilk Powder is made fresh and pressed with raw cashews to extract their creamy cashew milk and turn it into a powder.
Making it perfect for creamy beverages and smoothies!
Top it off with pecans, whipped topping or yogurt and pumpkin spice!
Pumpkin Spice Frosty
Ingredients

1/4 cup pumpkin puree

1/4 cup Native Forest Cashewmilk Powder

1/2 cup water

2 pitted medjool dates

1 tbsp chia seeds
-
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Pinch of salt

1-2 cups ice or frozen cauliflower
Instructions

Blend everything except ice until very smooth and creamy.

Add the ice or frozen cauliflower and blend briefly until thick and frosty.

Pour into a glass. Top with coconut yogurt or cream, chopped pecans, and a sprinkle of pumpkin spice. Enjoy!
