- In a saucepan over low heat, mix all of the ingredients with a wire whisk being careful not to boil.
- Adjust seasonings to your own preference.
- Serve over vegetable stir-fry or rice noodles.

1/3 cup Peanut Butter, creamy
1/3 cup Native Forest® Organic Coconut Milk
3 Tbsp Lime juice, freshly squeezed
1 Tbsp Premier Japan® Hoisin
1 tsp Ginger root, freshly grated
1 clove Garlic, minced
1 tsp Granulated sugar
½ tsp Red curry paste (1/4 for mild version)
1/3 cup Roasted no salt peanuts without skins
