They’re so yummy, easy to make with just 4 ingredients including Let's Do Organic Sweetened Condensed Coconut Milk!

Ingredients⁠:

  • 2 cups Let’s Do Organic Unsweetened Shredded Coconut 100g)⁠
  • 1 can Let’s Do Organic Sweetened Condensed Coconut Milk (7.4 oz)⁠
  • 1 cup vegan white chocolate chips⁠
  • sprinkles (optional)⁠

Directions⁠

  1. Add the shredded coconut and condensed coconut milk to a large bowl and mix them well.⁠
  2. Use a cookie scoop to scoop out equal amounts of mixture for each truffle. Roll each scoop into a ball and place on a baking sheet.⁠
  3. Melt the vegan white chocolate.⁠
  4. Dip each coconut truffle fully in the chocolate and then place the chocolate-covered truffle back on the baking tray. Repeat for each truffle.⁠
  5. Refrigerate the truffles until the chocolate fully hardens. You can drizzle the remaining chocolate on each truffle, then add sprinkles.⁠
  6. Refrigerate again until the chocolate hardens, then dig in!⁠ This recipe makes about 16 truffles.⁠ ⁠
