Vegan Eggnog Latte

Your favorite holiday drink turned into a latte! Made with Native Forest Coconut Milk Powder and Native Forest Classic Coconut Milk by @darngoodveggies

Cozy up and enjoy this seasonal holiday latte!
Ingredients
For the vegan eggnog:⁠
  • 1 can Native Forest Organic Classic Coconut Milk
  • 1/4 cup Native Forest Coconut Milk Powder
  • 1/4 cup Native Forest Organic Coconut Cream
  • 4 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract⁠
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon⁠
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg⁠
  • 1 1/2 cups water⁠
    For a latte:⁠
  • 1 cup prepared eggnog⁠
  • 1-2 shots of espresso of 1/4 cup very strong coffee⁠
⁠ Directions
  1. Add all the eggnog ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.⁠
  2. Heat 1 cup of the eggnog over medium heat. Add in the espresso or coffee and whisk. When warm, pour into a mug and enjoy!⁠⠀
