Organic® Tapioca Starch • 1 tsp vanilla extract • 1.5 tsp beet root powder Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 300°F and lightly grease a mini donut pan. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the dry donut ingredients together, and whisk to create a uniform mixture. 3. In a separate mixing bowl, add the wet donut ingredients and stir to combine. 4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and mix well. 5. Fill the donut cavities to the top with batter, they will not rise very much. 6. Bake for 22 minutes, and allow the donuts to cool before removing from the pan. 7. Mix together all of the ingredients for the donut glaze, making sure to only use the thick coconut from the top of the can. 8. Dip the donuts into the glaze and garnish with any toppings of choice. Pictured are pistachios, edible rosebuds, and hemp seeds. For a vibrant pink color like in the photos, glaze the donuts twice ensuring that the first coating has time to dry before re-dipping.
