Vegan Heath Bar Toffee

This toffee tastes just like the classic candy bar!
It's the perfect quick & easy vegan Halloween candy to enjoy during the spooky or holiday season!
It comes together with just 5 ingredients and 20 minutes of prep to make this toffee!
This recipe is made with Let's Do Organic Sweetened Condensed Coconut Milk and is essential so don't swap it out!
We'll heat the coconut condensed coconut milk and brown sugar together on medium heat until the brown sugar dissolves completely into the condensed milk and then stir vegan butter on low heat and mix until melted and thick.
Then we'll pour the toffee onto a prepared baking sheet lined with parchment paper and freeze (about 20-30 min)
Spread the melted chocolate on top and top with chopped nuts! Then, refrigerate until set.
Once set, slice, break and serve!
Ingredients:- 1 cup (220 g) brown sugar
- 1 can (7.4 ounces) Let’s Do Organic Sweetened Condensed Coconut Milk
- 1/2 cup (113 g) vegan butter, room temperature
- 1 cup vegan chocolate, melted
- 1 cup chopped nuts (pecans, almonds, or seeds if you’re nut free!)

- Stir in the vegan butter on low heat and mix until melted and thick.
- Pour the toffee onto a prepared baking sheet lined with parchment paper and freeze (about 20-30 min)
