Instructions:
  1. Melt the chocolate chips either in the microwave, in a sauce pan, or using a double boiler
  2. Spread the melted chocolate over parchment paper on a baking sheet
  3. Sprinkle the chopped strawberries, gluten-free pretzels, and Let's Do Organic Unsweetened Coconut Flakes over the chocolate
  4. Place the baking sheet in the fridge to set for about 30 minutes⁠
  5. Once set, cut the bark into pieces and enjoy!
