Strawberry Coconut Pretzel Bark

Take a bite into this bark and you'll be delighted with a sweet and salty crunch! Grab the easy peasy recipe below!

Ingredients:

• 1 9-oz bag dark chocolate chips

• 1/3 cup fresh strawberries, chopped

• 1/4 cup gluten-free pretzels⁠

• 1/4 cup Let's Do Organic Unsweetened Coconut Flakes⁠

Instructions:

1. Melt the chocolate chips either in the microwave, in a sauce pan, or using a double boiler

2. Spread the melted chocolate over parchment paper on a baking sheet

3. Sprinkle the chopped strawberries, gluten-free pretzels, and Let's Do Organic Unsweetened Coconut Flakes over the chocolate

4. Place the baking sheet in the fridge to set for about 30 minutes⁠

5. Once set, cut the bark into pieces and enjoy!
