Whipped Sugar Cookie Latte
Made with Let's Do Organic® Organic Sweetened Condensed Coconut Milk
This whipped sugar cookie latte is about to be your new favorite holiday drink!
The secret to making this drink ultra fluffy and creamy is instant coffee and Let's Do Organic Sweetened Condensed Coconut Milk.
We'll whip the ingredients with an electric milk frother until a cloud like consistency is achieved!
Then pour ice into a glass and add in milk of choice. Finally top with whipped coffee, whipped cream, sprinkles & enjoy!
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp instant coffee
- 2 tbsp hot water
- 2 tbsp Let's Do Organic Sweetened Condensed Coconut Milk
- 1 cup milk of choice (we used Native Forest Organic Simple Coconut Milk)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla (optional)
- 1/4 tsp almond extract (optional)
- whipped cream & sprinkles
Instructions:
- Add instant coffee, hot water. & condensed coconut milk to a jar
- Whip with electric frother until cloud like consistency- set aside
- In a glass add in ice & milk of choice (I used coconut)
- Top with your whipped coffee, whipped cream, sprinkles & enjoy!
