Eggplant Parmesan with Chreese® Sauce

Chreesy® Eggplant Parmesan 1 Small Eggplant 1 Packet (1/4 Cup) of 'Mozzarella Style' Chreese® Organic Tomato Sauce 2 Sub Rolls 1 TBSP Olive Oil
  • Slice eggplant into thin discs.
  • Warm Olive Oil on medium heat.
  • Fry eggplant on low-med heat for 2-4 minutes on each side.
  • Mix Chreese into 6 TBSP of boiling water (or use 1/4 Cup of pre-made Chreese from food processor).
  • Once eggplant is cooked to your satisfaction, line sub roll with layer or two of eggplant pieces.
  • Pour tomatoe sauce over eggplant.
  • Pour Mozzarella Style Chreese over top of tomatoe sauce in thin, even layer.
  • Bake in toaster oven for 4-5 minutes @ 350 degrees or until Chreese begins to bake and tomatoe sauces is warm.
