
- Mix above ingredients until well blended.
- Form into small peaks (about a tablespoon each) and let them air dry on wax paper for about an hour or two until firm & dry.
- Melt 8 to 10 squares of semi-sweet chocolate and dip the base of each peak into the melted chocolate, placing on waxed paper until hardened.
- Or use a cookie scoop to make small round mounds and dip the entire mound in chocolate.
- Store in refrigerator.
