- Beat the egg in a small mixing bowl.
- Mix all dry ingredients together in a separate bowl.
- Add flour mixture into egg mixture, then whisk in the water to make a thin batter.
- Dip seafood or veggies into batter and fry (deep-fry or sauté in hot oil)
