
- Preheat oven to 350ºF.
- Blend butter, vanilla, and the powdered sugar.
- Add flour until well blended.
- Stir in shredded coconut.
- Roll dough into one inch balls.
- Place about two inches apart on greased baking sheets.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until lightly browned.
- Upon removal from the oven, roll the cookies in some powdered sugar.
- Let cool before eating.
