
Today we’re recreating classic Halloween candy, with a better-for-you twist! This easy Crunch Bars recipe is vegan, gluten-free, and made with only 5 simple ingredients.
They’re rich, chocolatey, and perfectly sweet thanks to Let’s Do Organic Sweetened Condensed Coconut Milk — which also makes them extra luscious. Add in a little peanut butter and crispy rice cereal for that signature crunch and you’ve got a treat that’s hard to resist.

Ingredients:
-1 1/2 cups dairy-free chocolate chips
-1/3 cup natural creamy peanut butter
-2 tbsp coconut oil
-2 cups crispy rice cereal
Instructions:
Line an 8×8" baking pan (or similar sized pan) with parchment paper.
In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips, sweetened condensed coconut milk, peanut butter, and coconut oil. Heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth. Or, melt everything in a saucepan over low heat, stirring often.
Fold in the crispy rice cereal until evenly distributed.
Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Place in the fridge to set for at least 2 hours.
Remove from the pan and slice into 8 large bars or 16 small bars. Enjoy!
