- Combine cubes, water and cauliflower florets in a saucepan.
- Bring to a boil, then lower heat to simmer.
- Simmer for 10-15 minutes, until cauliflower is tender.
- Add minced garlic.
- Puree in a blender or with a hand blender.
- Add hot water to achieve desired consistency.
