- In a large salad bowl combine lettuce, croutons and parmesan cheese. Set aside.
- In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, The Wizard’s Vegan Worcestershire Sauce, garlic, salt and pepper.
- Just whisk lightly.
- Pour just enough of the dressing over the greens to lightly coat them.
- Garnish with more parmesan, if desired. Serve immediately.

No Anchovy Vegan Caesar Salad
1 head Romaine lettuce, washed and torn
½ cup Edward & Sons Italian Herbs Croutons
½ cup Vegan Parmesan Cheese
¼ cup Lemon juice
¼ cup Olive oil
2 Tbsp. The Wizard’s Vegan Worcestershire Sauce
2 Cloves garlic, minced
Salt and Pepper to taste
