- Mix dates and pineapple and cook until consistency of jam.
- Mix together remaining ingredients and spread 3/4 of the mixture in 9 x 12” pan.
- Spread date and pineapple mix on top of oat mix and top with remaining oats.
- Pat down and bake at 325ºF for 30 minutes.

½ cup Oatmeal
½ cup Flour
½ cup Nuts, chopped (almonds, pecans…)
½ tsp. Salt
1 cup Orange Juice
