- 2 Cups Organic Rolled Oats (not instant)
- ¼ Cup Raisins
- ½ Teaspoon of Cinnamon
- ¼ Teaspoon of Cloves
- ¼ Teaspoon of Nutmeg
- 3 Small Scoops of Pure Stevia-
- ¼ Cup of Walnuts, Brazil Nuts, or Almonds
- 1 ½ Cups of Coconut Milk (Native Forest® Organic Coconut Milk)
- 2 Scoops of True Whey Powder
- Mix first 8 ingredients in loaf pan
- Cover and refrigerate overnight
- In the morning, separate in 6 loaf portions
- To each portion add 1-2 Scoops of True Whey Powder. (Okay to add extra coconut milk to mix in the powder.)
- Top each portion with ½ apple, pear, cherries, or berries.
- Drizzle with additional coconut milk as desired.
