- 2 cups organic hearts of Romaine (I love Organic Girl brand)
- 1 cup organic cherry tomatoes, sliced
- 1/2 organic cucumber
- 1 oz Native Forest® Organic Hearts of Palm
- 3-4 pitted olives, sliced
- 1/2 cup Chickpeas (try 365 low sodium)
- dash black pepper
- 1-2 tbsp Pompeian Red Wine Vinegar
- Feta Cheese or vegan substitute
- Combine all ingredients
- Drizzle with red wine Vinegar
