Mashed Potato Loaded Casserole Ingredients • 5 1/2 cups Edward & Sons™ Organic Mashed Potatoes • 1/2 cup milk- dairy or non dairy milk supplement • 1 package (8 ounces) regular or low-fat cream cheese or non-dairy substitute, softened • 1 cup regular or low-fat sour cream or non-dairy substitute • 2 teaspoons Parsley Flakes • 1 teaspoon Garlic Salt • 1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg, Ground • 3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese or non-dairy substitute • 1/2 cup soy bacon, crispy cooked and crumbled Preparation 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Place all ingredients, except cheese and soy bacon, in large bowl. Beat with electric mixer on medium-high speed until potatoes are smooth and creamy. 2. Spoon mixture into lightly greased 13x9-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese and soy bacon. Cover. 3. Bake 30 minutes or until heated through.
