- Bring salted water to boil in a large pot.
- Add the penne and cook until tender but firm.
- In a large skillet (at medium heat) cook the garlic, olive oil, hearts of palm, and lemon zest.
- Drain the pasta and toss it with the sauce.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
