
- Preheat oven to 350ºF.
- Mix graham crackers and coconut together.
- Add butter and mix until well blended.
- Using fingers, press crust mixture into bottom and up the sides of a 9 inch pie pan.
- Bake crust for about 6 minutes until set.
- Beat egg yolks until foamy.
- Add lime juice and condensed milk and beat until well mixed.
- Pour mixture into crust and bake for twenty minutes.
- Cool completely.
- Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with coconut.
