Rhubarb Tapioca 3 Tbsp Let’s Do…Organic® Tapioca 1 cup Brown Sugar ¼ tsp Salt 3 cups Rhubarb 1 cup Water
  • In a saucepan, mix tapioca ingredients together.
  • Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  • Simmer over low heat for 2 minutes.
  • Pour into serving container & cool.
