Here's a great little warm dip that's quick and easy to prepare, not to mention totally delicious!
Vegan Easy Artichoke Dip
1 can Native Forest® Quartered Artichokes, drained
1/4c Vegenaise®
1oz Vegan parmesan
1 clove garlic
1 green onion, chopped
salt & pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375º. Drain artichokes. Put all ingredients in food processor and pureé until smooth. Pour into greased baking dish and bake 30-40 minutes until light brown around edges and top. Serve warm or cold with Edward & Sons™ Exotic Rice Toasts™.
