Curried Rice

For Yellow Curry Bouillon Cubes

Curried Rice (Serves 4)

  • 2 Yellow Curry cubes dissolved in 2 cups hot water
  • 2 tsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 Onion, small, chopped
  • 1 cup Native Forest® Organic Mushrooms (any variety)
  • 2 cups Cooked rice (any variety)
  1. Heat oil in saucepan.
  2. Once hot, add mushrooms, onion and cook until soft.
  3. Stir in rice until well mixed with vegetables and continue to heat.
  4. Add curry broth to the rice combo and bring to a boil for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Reduce heat to med-high for 8-10 minutes or until water is absorbed. Stir frequently.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
