For Garden Veggie Bouillon Cubes

Garden Veggie Soup (Serves 4-6)


  • 1 tsp Vegetable oil
  • 1/2 Onion, chopped
  • 2-3 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 Garden Veggie cubes, dissolved in 4 cups hot water
  • 4 cups Veggies of choice, chopped (fresh or frozen) Suggestions: Carrots, peas, corn, cauliflower...
  1. In a saucepan, sauté garlic and onion in the oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the prepared broth and bring to a boil.
  3. Stir in all veggies.
  4. Bring back to a boil and then reduce heat to simmer for 15 minutes (or until veggies are tender).
  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
