For Garden Veggie Bouillon Cubes
Garden Veggie Soup (Serves 4-6)
Ingredients:
- 1 tsp Vegetable oil
- 1/2 Onion, chopped
- 2-3 Garlic cloves, minced
- 2 Garden Veggie cubes, dissolved in 4 cups hot water
- 4 cups Veggies of choice, chopped (fresh or frozen) Suggestions: Carrots, peas, corn, cauliflower...
- In a saucepan, sauté garlic and onion in the oil over medium heat.
- Add the prepared broth and bring to a boil.
- Stir in all veggies.
- Bring back to a boil and then reduce heat to simmer for 15 minutes (or until veggies are tender).
- Serve hot and enjoy!
